We Guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you're not happy with any product purchased from Complete Petmart, simply return it for replacement or refund within 30 days.

We cannot accept COD returns. We strongly encourage you to send returns via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation to protect you from any lost or undelivered packages.
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless, of course you are returning defective merchandise or merchandise we shipped in error. Defective merchandise or shipment errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package in order for Complete Petmart to honor these claims. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be packed to avoid damaging in transit and needs to be in re-sellable condition and include all original packaging and paperwork with the reason for the return noted on the paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit or replacement item. If item is returned not in re-sellable condition your refund will not be for the entire amount of your purchase.
Defective Merchandise: Please keep all owner's manuals and warranties you receive with your merchandise. In the unlikely event an item becomes defective, refer to the warranty information you received for proper handling procedures.
