Shipping Information:

Orders will typically ship within 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS from our distribution center in Ohio.

Shipping Costs (does not include frozen food orders)
For UPS Ground shipping we offer a flat-rate shipping price based on the weight of your order. All other shipping methods will display the actual UPS cost, we never charge a handling fee:

BEFORE PLACING A FROZEN FOOD ORDER PLEASE NOTE:
Frozen food orders must be placed separately from dry goods orders. You must choose 'Frozen' as your shipping option at checkout. The cost to ship frozen food orders is $20 per 20 lbs. of food ordered (assuming you are within our 3 day UPS Ground shipping range). At checkout when you choose 'frozen' for shipping our system will default to $20 shipping no matter what size your order is. Please keep in mind that the shipping charges will be higher than shown if your order is over 20 lbs. If your order is over 20 lbs. (or if you are outside of our 3 day UPS Ground shipping range) we will send you an email asking for your authorization for the additional shipping charges. We must receive your confirmation before your order can ship. All frozen food orders are shipped in styrofoam boxes with dry ice and this higher shipping charge is to cover these expenses. We only ship frozen food orders on Tuesdays, your order will need to be placed by 9 a.m. on Tuesday in order to be shipped out that week.

Make sure to check your email on Tuesday afternoon for your UPS tracking information. You need to make sure that someone will be around to receive and promptly put away your order. We can only guarantee that the food will stay frozen for 3 days from the day of shipment, so if the food cannot be delivered or sits in hot weather for an extended amount of time, the food may begin to thaw. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for frozen food orders that were unable to be delivered or were left outside for extended periods after delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed within 30 days of purchase. Please ship the item and your original packing slip with the reason for the return noted on the packing slip to:

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS. Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD. Even exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge. If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of receiving and processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service.

Order is Damaged, Defective or the Wrong Item Was Shipped: If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Notify us immediately at 1-877-279-7387 so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement.

United States Sales Tax: Complete Petmart is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky, Ohio, North Carolina, or West Virginia.

The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.
