Orders are typically processed within 5 - 7 business days. If there is a problem with your order and it will be longer than the 5 - 7 business day processing window we will contact you asking how you would like for us to proceed.

The above map shows the UPS Ground Time In-Transit - this is for shipping transit times only and does not include processing time.

Frozen food orders must be within our 3 Day UPS ground shipping range to avoid paying additional shipping fees.

Shipping Rates:

0 - 4.99 lbs. -- $7.00 shipping
5 lbs. and up -- customer pays actual UPS shipping charges, which will vary by location
80.00 lbs and up or oversized items -- Orders over 80 lbs. and oversized items may carry additional shipping charges beyond the quoted rate (since these packages will often have to be split into multiple shipments). We will contact you for approval of any additional charges before shipping your order if this applies.

The flat-rate shipping charge is only applicable to the continental U.S. (does not include AK, HI, or U.S. territories). Shipments to AK, HI, or U.S. territories must pay the actual UPS shipping charges (please contact us at 877-279-7387 x 24 or orders@completepetmart.com for a quote).
